Foam rolled nicely before.

Squats:

335lbs - 31 reps in total, in 51 minutes. Had to stop the 90k Challenge short. Gym was going to close before we even hit 60. Would’ve been pointless to continue. 

Something to note. My quads are extremely weak. Tear drop, especially was getting really sore by the time I was on the 3rd set or so. 

We also needed to pace ourselves a little better lol.
